Lilly Meuser has been working within the creative field for some
time now, working as freelance writer, casting director and PR. Jumping between London and Berlin, she quickly realised that the industry, opting so much for individuality and awareness, is still far behind what it takes to change the perception of beauty and creative freedom.

Sharing these values, Fiona Teal - who has been working as a freelance fashion photographer, casting director and creative across Germany and Australia for several years now - and Lilly saw potential in an agency, whose cast sets an example for the actual meaning and relevance of diversity and inclusion.

With NEU_Casting they intend to change the classic perception of beauty.
Berlin, the NEU_ main base, offers them the opportunity to grow and meet acceptance of these values. Yet are the female co-founders keen to expand and work in the fashion industry on an international level in the near future.
